Privacy Policy

1. General

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and Swiss data protection legislation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions.

2. Local-First Approach

This app is designed as a "Local-First" application. This means:

  • All sensitive data (e.g., emergency contacts, crisis plan, journal entries) is stored exclusively locally on your device.
  • No transmission of your personal data to our servers or third-party servers takes place.
  • We do not use tracking tools, analytics software, or advertising trackers.

3. Error Analysis (Crashlytics)

To improve app stability, we use Firebase Crashlytics from Google. In the event of an app crash, the following technical data is transmitted:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Time of the error
  • Technical error logs

NO personal content (contacts, entries, etc.) is transmitted. Data is processed in pseudonymized form.

4. Data Storage

The data you enter is stored in your browser's/device's local storage (LocalStorage or IndexedDB). You have full control over this data at all times.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

You can permanently delete all data stored in the app at any time via the app settings ("Reset data" function).
