Can I use the app for my therapy?

Absolutely. The app is based on the DBT concept. You can show your Mood Diary (Diary Card) to your therapist at any time to discuss patterns and make your progress visible.

How much does the app cost?

SOS Borderline offers you 14 days full access to all Premium functions (Skills, Diary, Crisis Plan) at the start. After that you can decide:

  • Basic (Free): Your access to emergency contacts remains permanently.
  • Premium: Unlock all DBT skills and the diary permanently – for your emotional stability and personal growth. Whether with or without therapy.

No. You start immediately and anonymously. No account needed. We don't want your email address.

What happens after the 14 days?

Don't worry, there is no automatic cost trap. If you don't buy Premium, the app automatically switches to the free Basic mode (only emergency contacts). Your data collected until then remains stored on your device.
